Why we carry this
Most lightweight rifles trade accuracy for ounces. The Ridgeline Hunter is the rare exception — a carbon-fiber wrapped barrel that sheds weight without shedding the accuracy node. We carry it because it's the rifle we'd actually carry up a mountain, and it prints the same groups at 600 yards as rifles twice its weight.
What it isn't: a competition chassis rifle. If you're shooting PRS matches, you want the M6. This is built to be carried, then shot from an improvised position.
