The Pre-Transfer Inspection Window
Once a 4473 is completed, the firearm is legally yours and returns are functionally impossible. That is why we offer the Pre-Transfer Inspection Window: if your item arrives at your dealer damaged or not as described, do not accept the transfer. Contact us immediately and we resolve it before it is ever yours. This is the honest, powerful version of a return policy — and it converts better because it is specific and credible.
Authenticity
Every firearm is sourced direct from the manufacturer or authorized distribution. Never gray market. Every item ships with its documentation and serial-number verification.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranty terms are stated explicitly on every product page. Warranty claims are handled by us, not by you. If something fails, you call your specialist — we coordinate the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
State & Local Compliance
Some products are restricted or prohibited in certain states and municipalities. Each product page has a State Compliance Checker. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify local law, and we will cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully transferred.
Shipping
All firearm sales are transferred through a licensed dealer in the purchaser's state. We do not ship firearms directly to consumers. Non-firearm items (optics, accessories, ammunition) ship directly to your address.
Age Requirements
Purchaser must be 21 years of age or older for handguns and NFA items, 18 or older for long guns, and must pass a federal background check via ATF Form 4473 at the receiving dealer.
